THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ ABILITY IN WRITING ENGLISH POETRY THROUGH HYPNOTIC WIRITNG

چکیده

The small portion of teaching literature, especially poetry writing, which is available in the curriculum (K-13) makes students less able to practice writing poetry. tenth graders at National Immersion Senior High School (NISHS) Ponorogo are explore potential literature themselves. This research aims helping by using hypnotic approach improve students' It employs an experimental design comparing scores skills after implementing writing. result t.test 6.09, compared with value t.table degree freedom (d.b = N - 1 20 19) 2.09 and significance level used 5%. Therefore, it clear that higher than (6.09 2.09). finding shows post-test significantly. means improvement ability write English through tenth-grade effective, hypothesis acceptable. this study expected be alternative techniques poetry, senior high school.
